Nothing better on the market ive tried yet. Integral tool in self care and healing process, especially when trying to break up adhesions in the legs. The big one also makes an amazing skull massager.

You Have To Have These Tools

Joe's videos on YouTube have helped me like no others. I've spent years searching for answers and two different times, years apart, it was one of Joe's videos that I stumbled upon that ultimately helped me remedy my issues. Joe understands and explains the issue and how to solve it, in a way that just makes sense. I knew that his tools would be life-changing, and they are. I incorporate a variety of them each and every day of my life and probably always will. They are extremely durable. I carry a Tai Chi ball with me everywhere. Combined with gravity and the subtleness of movement, you can reach places on your body that are nearly unreachable with any other tool I have used. I am grateful for every tool that I have purchased from OcraMed. Thank you!

Spikey

I like the spikes but ya have to ease into these things when doing mfr since it can get pretty intense quickly. The large one is good for paraspinals but again need to go slow. These are way better than the others I’ve tried.
