Easy to use quality

Great addition to my toolbox. The small size and studs target spots that are difficult to reach with a lacrosse ball. I definitely recommend this product for those looking for the next level beyond a lacrosse ball.

Great massage spike ball!

This is just what I needed for brachioradialis muscle pain from overtraining. Thanks!

Great tool

I saw this fascia release tool in the proximal tendinopathy video and thought I'd give it a try. It works great, and the spikes really help target the tissue. It has just enough give to it that it works with the movement while still effectively targeting the affected areas.

excellent fascia release tool

Its not like other massage spike balls as it has a more random pattern which targets certain points effectively yet still uniform enough to work well in any area overall according to pressure used. Other balls dont really achieve the same depth and effect so i have odered the ocramed balls all the way from australia

This ball works

I've been using this ball for years. It works in releasing my tight spots and helps me achieve a deeper stretch overall. It takes some time to learn how to use it optimally but it is worth it once you figure it out. I might have bought several of these over time because I always seem to lose them as I take them everywhere I go, which is a convenient thing about them. Most of my issues around my body have disappeared thanks to the aid of this ball. I also have the mini and the max so I can get the bigger and smaller parts of my body. This particular ball can hit most of your areas. I highly recommend this because it is the highest quality rolling ball I have ever used.
