How To Use A Massage Ball To Relieve Muscle Pain
I was advised I had a fascia knot or tangle in my thigh and a painful knee. I bought these after Joe dealt with the exact same issue and I used them the same way and they worked brilliantly!
These massage balls are amazing. The big one gets in so many touch to access spots and relieves a lot of tension. I am using these for an injured upper hamstring and some tight back muscles after Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I have a "collection" of myofascial release tools and these Tai Chi balls are my newest addition. They are very unique and let you pin muscles in a way nothing else I have come across does.
I highly recommend these balls and am thinking about ordering a second set to future proof myself :)
Nothing better on the market ive tried yet. Integral tool in self care and healing process, especially when trying to break up adhesions in the legs. The big one also makes an amazing skull massager.
Great to use everyday. I keep one in my bag at all times highly recommended

Massage Ball FAQ
Do Massage Balls Really Work?
Yes, a massage ball can significantly improve muscle blood flow and break down fascial adhesions, making it an effective tool for relieving tension and enhancing flexibility.
How Often Should You Use A Massage Ball?
To effectively address soft tissue injuries involving fascial adhesions, it's best to use your massage ball every other day, while you can also use it daily to warm up your muscles before workouts.
What Can I Use Instead Of A Massage Ball?
If you don’t have a massage ball for self-myofascial release, try using your fingers or knuckles to effectively break up fascial adhesions and relieve tight muscles.
Can I Use A Tennis Ball As A Massage Ball?
Yes, you can use a tennis ball as a massage ball, but it won’t provide the deep tissue penetration needed to break up fascial adhesions like a spiky massage ball can.
