How to fix elbow pain

Quick Fixes For Elbow Pain That Actually Work

Do you have elbow pain that won't go away no matter what you try to do?

Look no further! In this video, I demonstrate some quick fixes for your elbow pain that actually work.

Elbow pain is often the result of tendon inflammation around the elbow joint. This tendon inflammation is the result of fascial adhesion (scar tissue) build up in the forearm muscles. The scar tissue build up tugs on the tendons around the elbow resulting in inflammation and pain.

With some easy to perform myofascial release work, you can break down this scar tissue and quickly end your elbow pain.

Part 1 of this video goes over myofascial release of the brachioradialis muscle. Part 2 is myofascial release of the wrist extensors. The wrist extensors are often involved in tennis elbow (lateral elbow pain). Part 3 is myofascial release of the wrist flexors. The wrist flexors are often involved in golfers elbow (medial elbow pain), or what I often refer to as pull up elbow.

Give these myofascial release techniques a try! After you do, leave me a comment in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear from you!
