I consider thoracic mobility and posture work to be one of the most important things that I do now that I'm 60 years old.

Tightness and restriction in the thoracic spine is common among adults. It can lead to poor posture, neck pain, and back pain to name just a few problems.

In today's video, I demonstrate how to perform myofascial release techniques to help loosen the thoracic spine and associated thoracic musculature. I then demonstrate thoracic mobility techniques and thoracic posture exercises.
