What is one of the most common injuries that effects thousands of adults every day? Answer: Low Back Pain.

What if I told you that low back pain, in a great deal of cases, could easily be prevented. How? By keeping the muscles around the low back strong!

In today's video, I demonstrate two exercises that strengthens the spinal erector muscles of the lower back. Keeping these muscle strong helps to support and stabilize the lower back.

These exercises can be performed as a superset or separately. Try to perform each for a minimum of 10 reps for 3 sets.

Your low back will thank you!
