One of the biggest concerns that my adult patients have is developing a back hump. So many people, over the age of 40-50, begin getting very concerned about this type of issue.
Why? Because they start noticing other people their age starting to develop a back hump. And they start thinking to themselves, "Hey, that could be me!!"
That is why today's video is so important! I discuss what a back hump actually is and what causes it.
Then I demonstrate how to perform myofascial release techniques on some of the key muscles involves (pec minor, pec major and SCM). How to mobilize your thoracic spine. And, finally, how to strengthen the commonly weak muscles involved.
So I hope you tune in and watch all of this important information and begin using it on yourself right away!
Try these techniques and let me know your thoughts. Leave a comment in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear from you!
