One of the most important, yet often neglected, parts of the shoulder is the posterior shoulder. The musculature of the posterior shoulder is vital for shoulder stability. As I have said many times, "You can't have shoulder strength if you don't have shoulder stability!"
In today's video I demonstrate posterior shoulder stretches, followed by a light resistance band exercise to help strengthen your posterior shoulder safely and quickly.
