While camping in northern Maine, I filmed some of the workouts and meals I used to stay fit and healthy while balancing the challenges of traveling with my three furry companions. Even with a busy schedule of outdoor adventures, I made time for exercise to keep up my fitness routine and ensure I’d pick up right where I left off at the gym. Plus, staying healthy on the road means making time for clean, nutritious meals, no matter where you are.
