Should you breathe in and hold your breath when you squat down? Or should you blow all of your air out and squat down?
In this short clip, I try to explain the correct breathing technique utilizing an empty orange juice container. I hope this visual example makes it very clear to you what is the correct way of breathing when you squat.
Always breathe in and hold your breath as you descend down on your squat!!!
