The Core Flex is the ultimate ab roller. Excellent for building strong core muscles and a rock hard midsection. Unlike single wheel ab rollers, the Core Flex has a smooth and steady glide. It comes with a brake attachment (that allows you to use the Core Flex for push up type exercises as well as assist in ab rolling training) and a small foam knee pad.. Comes in red or green wheels.
